What should noted when operate Slurry pump?

1. Check the shaft seal water pressure and flow regularly.

For the Expeller + Gland seal, must adjust the gland aseembly timely and replace new gland regularly, to ensure little clean water to the shaft invariably.
For the mechanical seal slurry pump, it not allowed operate without shaft seal water nor seal water pressure insufficient.

2. Check the base conditions regularly, together check the cleaness of lubricating oil and the oil volume. In order to avoid the bearing overheat, can add the cooling water if necessary.
